Corporate Elitism, Power, Greed & Woke Racism

Today we see corporations going woke in order to appear to be diverse and politically correct in the eyes of society. What you never see is the blatant discrimination against whites at the expense of appearing woke. I know that is a powerfully charged statement, and I will expand on that to take you behind the curtain of their corporate hypocrisy. In my opinion it is just another strategy these corporate elitist use to prevent degradation of their top line revenue at the expense of some of their employees. Let us look at some recent examples of this woke philosophy in action. Coke company recently promoted training on how to be less white (‘Woka-Cola’: Ad Trolls Coke For Defending China, Giving Americans Diabetes | The Daily Caller, ‘Woke’ Values Boomerang On Coca-Cola | National Review). Now think of that statement. How on earth is that not discrimination? When you judge a group by the color of their skin and generalize behaviors to that group, then you are being a racist and breaking the law. Coke has proven their racism against whites just like so many other companies. To make matters worse they are hypocrites.
Another way these corporate elitists discriminate against whites is the art of utilizing protected class status to justify hiring protected class individuals over whites. And by extension being able to dismiss whites easier than protected class individuals. If you are unfamiliar with protected class categories click on the link for a review (Protected Classes in Employment Discrimination | Derek Smith Law Goup (discriminationandsexualharassmentlawyers.com)). I have personally witnessed this practice working for major fortune 50 companies. Multiple human resource departments have "encouraged" me to hire individuals in the minority classification (females, blacks, ...) so as to increase our "diversity". The days of hiring the best individuals based on skills, experience, and historical work productivity are gone. It is full on discrimination and quotas. Since when is it appropriate to consider color, gender, ... as a criteria for hiring? It is not and these companies do not blatantly cross the line, but apply pressure through suggestions and metrics. If you happen to be on the wrong side of the metrics your career progression in the 9 box grid can be hindered. Some examples of this form of discrimination are as follows:
There are many more examples like these. How on earth can you set a number or goal to hire more minorities or promote more minorities by X date unless you are going to be holding back non-minorities? This is racism against white males under the disguise of social justice. Again, I will state that I am for hiring the best candidate for the job no matter what their race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, .... For me it comes down to skills, experience, achievements, and those intangibles that give the candidate an edge for that particular job.
We live in a world today where the corporation elites are mandating diversity or social justice training. Yes, you heard that right. Some companies are making diversity training as part of your goals. If you do not complete their desired tasks then it will impact your year end review rating and your pocket book. Again, I have personal knowledge of this practice. First, I find this practice very insulting. This mandated policy insinuates that I need the training. It basically tells me that I am a racist and need diversity training. I would like for these companies to show me where have I ever had or practiced discrimination. When have I ever treated my direct reports or peers with a lack of sensitivity? Some examples are as follows:
In the end, this is blatant discrimination and pure hypocrisy by companies and schools mandating this so called pseudoscience training.
As I wrap up this topic I do not want my message to be confused. I am all for programs and efforts to be used to help minorities and other groups gain an opportunity to learn the skills and education necessary to obtain positions that will further their careers by gaining experience. Many minorities do not have the means to afford the schooling and training necessary to continue to climb the ladder of success. These programs and financial assistance packages should not be at the expense of other groups. Companies should not tilt the scale so favorably towards some groups that it is easier for them vs others. It is all about a level playing field of opportunity, and not guaranteed outcome. I urge leaders of small to large companies to take a step back and get rid of your own bias. Get rid of your greed and false facades to placate social Marxists. It is time to bring your employees together and understand their worth rather than create animosity. It may be fashionable to be woke right now, but I guarantee you that no matter a persons race, religion, sex, ... that employee will not like you inherently accusing them of racial bias when the next minority group comes a long.
