The Attack on Christianity

Updated: Jun 29, 2023

Rise of Evil

It is abundantly clear that evil is on the rise more so today than in recent history. I am not talking about the subtle nuances we have seen before. Like the removal of Christmas and replacing it with a generic term like holiday. The attack on Jesus today is far more serious and deadly. Let us examine a few examples happening in the world as well as in America. You decide if you agree with my assessment.

Terrorism

One of the most pressing matters today is the rise in terrorism. Yes, terrorism has been going on by the followers of Islam, but I would suggest that it is far more widespread and not isolated to the Middle East. The fall of Israel is not the sole end goal. Muslims seek to conquer all and rule with Sharia at the center of their code. If you do not convert you DIE. It is that simple. And for all the women you submit and be sold as sex slaves. If you do not you DIE. ISIS is just the latest group to slaughter all those that stand in their way. They are trying to eradicate Christianity from the region as it is a direct threat to their way of life. Their actions not only have proven they are allies of the Anti-Christ but also show that Jesus is the true savior of mankind.

When I look deeper than the surface information you see in the 5 minute news cycle I conclude that Islam is not the religion of peace and equality. It is not a practice that works to make everyone better. It preaches death to those outside the cult mentality. It sets up classes of people in which equality for all is not heard of. It sets up a hierarchical structure of leadership that can easily use the lower class individuals. As for free speech forget it. You speak up and you are severely punished. Women are really no better than animals. Hide yourself, speak little, and listen or you will be punished. Does this all sound like a religion of peace and tranquility? I think not. Now add that to the butcher of innocent Christians and you can see that evil drives this religion. You wonder why there were needs for the Crusades back in history. It was for exactly this reason. Christians were being slaughtered (THE CRUSADES: A Direct Response To Islam’s Bloodlust – Christian Political News (christianpoliticalparty.com)), (The Crusades: A Response to Islamic Aggression (byu.edu)), (Library : Real History Of The Crusades, The | Catholic Culture). What is interesting today is the fact that Iran has far more to do with all the mini-wars than what may first be apparent. They use proxy groups like Hamas, Hezbollah, and others to fight Israel and any other pro-western Muslim nation. Their goal is power and ultimate rule. Bottom line, Jesus is a threat to them being able to brain wash the population. His extermination is necessary and they will not stop until they get their way.

Homosexuality

I am not here to debate whether it is a choice or genetic. In my eyes it really does not matter when talking about redefinition of marriage. You see for groups to try and change views of the world they have to try to redefine words first in order to get the social norms to change and eventually rules. So how is this an attack on Christianity? Today you are considered Homophobic if you speak against the changes homosexuals are trying to get into law. I am not afraid nor have animosity against the group so I don't see how I am phobic. I believe in the tenants and word of God when he clearly stated that homosexual acts are a sin. In addition, marriage is a covenant between one man and one woman in the eyes of God. So with those two points it is impossible for me to agree with redefining marriage. I cannot support any change in man made law that would support a sin. I cannot stand behind so called powers of the government that do not exist. Nothing in our constitution gives the Federal government the power to even weigh in on marriage.

Homosexuality as a lifestyle is not the same as heterosexuality. No matter how many laws you try to change it will never be the same. So why would you try to make them the same. Whether by choice or born with the lifestyle there are certain consequences for living that life. One being the inability to reproduce. If left without outside intervention two men or two women could not create life. Hence, in time the lifestyle would end. That is just a consequence. It isn't too different than a woman that is born infertile. Her life cannot be the same as a woman that is born with the ability to reproduce. Same for someone that is born an alcoholic. So my question is why should we redefine marriage and change the whole meaning for the vast majority of people that are not homosexual? Do we pass laws to make alcohol illegal so that both an alcoholic and non-alcoholic can't drink alcohol? In addition, the arguments that homosexuals need to be married in order to get benefits of inheritance, ability to make medical decisions, .... really can all be done legally with some simple papers. To me you establish a will for inheritance and create a medical durable power of attorney.... You may ask why should homosexuals have to do all that when others don't? Again I say the lifestyles are different and those are consequences for the lifestyle.

We are all sinners. We all try to refrain from sin. In the end, the action of a homosexual is between him/her and God. What him/her do in their life is their choice. They can choose to live with each other and act as a couple. They can choose to draw up a will. They can choose to do all the things that emulate a heterosexual married couple. The only place I draw the line is delegitimizing marriage and children resulting from that union. Taking a union bonded by God and applying it to a lifestyle that goes against the tenants of God should not be allowed. If this is allowed I ask you, will you then allow three people to "marry"? Will you allow a human to marry his animal? Where does it end?

Black Racism and Killing the Police

Thou shall not murder. Today if you woke up from a coma you would think the police are walking around killing blacks just for fun. It is a big myth perpetuated by a biased media and race merchants to extort funds and power (Police shootings myth: Unarmed Black Americans don't face an epidemic (usatoday.com)). Any loss of innocent life is a tragedy. When it happens as a society we want answers of why it happened and those that were involved are punished under the law. I think we can all agree our society has made sure that happens with very few exceptions. So why is it that blacks do not want to allow the process to work. Why do they think it is alright to destroy property through riots? Why do they feel it is ok to target cops? Why do they want to destroy white people? Not all blacks feel this way, but too many do. Too many have resorted to violence. Look at all the black on black deaths in Chicago and other major cities. I can't think of any good reasons for this. The failure of our leaders in government, churches, and communities to drive Christian values of peace, patience, and family have led to more and more evil. Society has degraded to a point that watching people get killed through this senseless violence is rarely condemned but excuses generated for this behavior. Look at the Michael Brown case in which a memorial plaque was created for him. Why? He robbed a store, minor assault of the store clerk, and attacked a cop. Why is that behavior accepted? It should be condemned and used as a lesson of what not to do.

Racism is hatred and used to destroy individuals. Whether it is by whites, blacks, or any other race it is against the values of God. By allowing actions stemming from it to be accepted is just perpetuating evil.

Many Other Examples of Christianity being Attacked

Atheist trying to prevent the pledge and the word, God, being recited because they feel offended. Your beliefs should not prevent others from practicing their beliefs. Renaming holidays to avoid any hints of religion. Preventing the display of religious symbols. How many Christians have taken legal action to ban the Star of David display? The symbol does not offend me. We are blasted with symbols everyday from every direction. So I ask you to wonder why would symbols of Christianity be attacked? To me it is abundantly clear. God, through his son, Jesus, is the one fabric of society that holds us together in peace and love. The devil cannot win and will not win unless God is removed from our hearts and minds.

The blatant pushing of sex on our children through various forms of media and teachers molesting students. TV and movies throwing it up in our face. Cheating web sites made famous with millions of subscribers. All this has slowly weakened our country and society. There is not a central value or moral compass. It is the ME crowd of thinking. Vanity and self centeredness is the key to Satan. He will profess greatness but claiming all rights to it rather than to God.

Our salvation as a country is not through defense by weapons alone. It is through prayer and coming together. The old saying together we stand, divided we fall. Step back and look at how many ways others are trying to divide us. By race, sexual orientation, religion, are just a few. It is time to get on our knees and repent for losing our way. Stop the insanity and get back on track before we go the way of Sodom and Gomorrah.
